Biography:

What do four friends from music city do on ‘guys night’ when they aren’t any good at poker and don’t golf? They turn up the amps and jam on some U2 songs.  Bandmates Buck Johnson, Sean Kelly, Mark Niemiec and Nathan Meckel united with a simple mission: Celebrate the music of U2 to have fun, get loud and support charitable organizations that make the world a better place.

U4ia concerts work their way through four decades of hits celebrating all eras of the iconic Irish rocker’s repertoire. Their “in the spirit of” on stage approach places the highest emphasis on musical performance and accuracy honoring these great records.  From private corporate events to theater shows, U4ia shows are a nostalgic feel-good celebration. 

Members of U4ia have toured with such notable artists as Aerosmith, Ringo Starr, Sixpence None the Richer, The Hollywood Vampires (Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper & Joe Perry) and others.  Having stood on plenty of stages and seen the power of music positively impact people, the band is uniting their love of music with the power of giving.  U4ia is deeply committed to partnering with and donating to charities addressing housing needs to food insecurities and other worthy humanitarian causes from proceeds of every show.  When you attend a concert or book an event with the band, you’ll be having fun today while also helping make the world a better place tomorrow.
